Holiday Catering Heating Instructions

Lasagna: Bake at 350°F for 35–45 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Let rest for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.


Devils on Horseback: Fully cooked; reheat only. Warm in a 325°F oven for 6–9 minutes, or until heated through.


Potatoes: Bake at 350°F for 18–25 minutes.


Eggnog: Contains a small amount of alcohol.


Bread Pudding: Warm in a 325°F oven for 18–22 minutes, or until heated through.


Chocolate Cream Pie: Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.


Quiche: For best results, slice before reheating. Warm in a 325°F oven for 15–20 minutes.


Focaccia: Warm gently in a 325°F oven for 4–6 minutes.


Clam Chowder: Heat gently in a saucepan over medium-low heat until warmed through
